- Unusually
sized items are subject to cubing (eg. mattresses, furniture,
foam)
- Minimum
Density of 10 lb per cubic foot up to 10 feet of trailer,
shipments occupying more than 10 feet of trailer are
subject to a minimum density of 1000 lbs per linear
foot.
- Rates
are based on liability not exceeding $2.00 per lb. on actual
weight, excess valuation will charge at 2% of the valuation
in excess of $2.00 per lb. actual weight.
- C.O.D. fees:

| $ 501.00 - $1000.00: | $27.50 |
| $1001.00 - $2000.00: | $33.00 |
| $2001.00 - $3000.00: | $55.00 |
- Private
residence delivery/pick up $5.00/cwt, minimum of $75.00
- Re-delivery:
$2.85/cwt. minimum $15.00 -> maximum $100.00
- Extra
man: $35.00/hour, minimum of $35.00
Weekends extra man: $45.00/hour, minimum of $45.00
- Split
pickup/delivery: $2.85/cwt, minimum of $28.85 -> maximum
of $100.00
- Stop
off in Transit: $60.00 for each stop.

Tarping: $125.00 / Trailer
- Power
Tailgate $35.00 where applicable

Trailer Demurrage Fee: Vans: $75.00 per day Decks: $100.00 per day (1st day free)...
- Weekend
Callout: $75.00/hour, minimum of $300.00
(based on a minimum of 4 hours)

Dangerous Goods fee does not apply.

If heat is required, there will be an additional fee of 12% of your freight charge.
- Proof
of delivery records:

Payment terms: 30 days, interest penalty of 2% on overdue accounts.

Delivery: Fee varies, depending on distance from closest delivery
point
